Addyson Marie Hager, age 14, of Marquand, Missouri, passed away on June 13th, 2025. She was born on September 2nd, 2010, in Park Hills, Missouri.
Addyson lived a life full of fire, heart, and fearless adventure. A true cowgirl through and through, she had an incredible gift with horses: breaking, training, and riding with a talent well beyond her years. Whether it was barrel racing, rodeo events, or horse shows, Addyson approached each challenge with grit and grace, earning numerous wins and the admiration of many. Her fearless energy made her unstoppable; she could jump jockey anything and loved every second of it.
She was a spitfire, always on the move, living every moment at full speed. She loved fishing, hunting, and camping, and was never afraid to try something new. Addyson also had a deep love for her dogs, her friends, and most of all, her family.
She attended Marquand School through the 7th grade before continuing her education through homeschooling. Her bright spirit and wild heart made her unforgettable to all who knew her.
Addyson is survived by her loving mother, Melissa Hager; her brother, Andrew Hager; her sister, Allyson (Dannie) Henson; and her uncles/aunts, Mark (Amy) Hager and Doug (Beverly) Hager. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Larry Hager, Glenda Hager, and Linda Benton.
Addyson's life, though far too short, was filled with passion, laughter, and love. She leaves behind memories that will forever be cherished by those who were blessed to know her.
