Angela Dawn (Buckner) Thompson

Angela “Angie” Dawn Buckner Thompson, 49, of Marble Hill, Missouri, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2022 at SSM Health in Fenton, Missouri. Angie was born March 13, 1973, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to the late Freddie Vollmer and Linda Carolyn (Garland) Buckner.

She was a 1991 graduate from Meadow Heights High School. Following high school, Angie worked as shop manager for Roy’s Tire and Auto, along with in home health services and retail work over her career. She enjoyed spending time with her family, relaxing and making floral arrangements. Angie was a lady with a huge heart, helping anyone in anyway she could.

Survivors include: two daughters: Sierra (Elvaunte Bland) Thompson of Cape Girardeau, MO, Morgan Thompson of Marble Hill, MO; one sister: Saundra “Sandy” (Phillip) Brown of Sedgewickville, MO; seven grandchildren: Keegan, Emiyah, Zaeven, Karmen, Elvaunte Jr., Kinsley, Messiah; a number of nieces, nephews and many friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 17, 2022, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held, Saturday, September 17, 2002 at 12:00 PM. Services will be held at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill, Missouri.
