Bernd Wolfgang Gogol

Bernd Wolfgang Gogol, 67, of Belleville, IL, passed away on September 7, 2023, at the Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL. He was born on February 1, 1956, in Germany, to the late Wolfgang and Inga (Issberner) Gogol.

Bernd was a graduate of St. Louis College of Pharmacy. He loved to write and play music. He was always good for a laugh. He had a fun attitude and great sense of humor.

He is survived by: one son: Raven Gogol; two daughters: Crystal Calhoun, Fable Rushing; his step mother: Kitty Gogol; six grandchildren: Rebecca, Shannon and Nicholas Gogol, Aubrey and Hunter Calhoun, and Oliver Rushing.

As per Bernd’s request, no funeral or memorial services will be held.
