Charles Herman Wagner, 72, of Glen Allen, passed away on June 5, 2026, at St. Louis University in St. Louis. He was born on June 24, 1953, to the late George and Delores (Young) Wagner, in Steelville, Illinois.
Charles loved riding motorcycles and spending time with his wife, Ruthanne. He cherished the time he spent with family and friends and was always happiest when surrounded by those he cared about, especially his wife, Ruthanne. Charles enjoyed working at the local campground, where he took pride in maintaining the grounds and keeping the lawns looking their best.
Known for his easygoing nature and friendly personality, he never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Charles was also a dedicated, lifetime member of the Eagles in Marble Hill, Missouri, where he formed many lasting friendships and shared countless memories.
He is survived by his wife: Ruthanne Cable; children: Bryan Wagner, Tim Wagner and Tammy Nipper; brother: Fred Wagner and several grandchildren.
The Pendergrass Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Eagles in Marble Hill on Sunday, June 14, 2026.
