Obituary

David “Dave” Matthew Ivey, 57, of Marble Hill, Missouri, passed away on March 10, 2023 at the Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was born on December 12, 1965 to the late John and Ruby Ivey in Chaffee, Missouri. Dave was a high school graduate of Woodland High School.

David was a self-employed construction worker, serving the Bollinger County and surrounding areas. He was a motorcycle man to say the least. He loved to ride his motorcycle. Driving fast, popping wheelies and making everyone laugh. He always had his dog Rueben with him everywhere he went. Dave was always the first person to step up and volunteer when someone needed help. Dave was old fashioned, and he loved to have a good time.

Dave was married to Tina Miller on August 2, 2014. She survives.

Survivors include: his wife: Tina; one son: Daniel Hagan; one daughter: Hannah Rose; one brother Llyod Ivey; and one sister: Toni Boyer.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother: Wayne Ivey.

The Hutchings-Pendergrass Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill, MO, is assisting the family during this difficult time. Cremation was his choice for final arrangements.
