Leo Wilson "JR" Wiseman Jr.

Leo Wilson "JR" Wiseman Jr., 44, of Sikeston, Missouri, passed away July 27, 2023 at his home. JR was born on June 27, 1979 to Leo W. and Mary (Harris) Wiseman in Elgin, Illinois.

Leo was a graduate of the Apache Junction High School in Apache Junction, Arizona. He worked in construction most of his life, and later worked as a delivery man.

He was a huge Chicago sports fan. He enjoyed watching the sports teams, and always rooting for Chicago to win. He not only watched the games, he also collected baseball cards. Leo had a huge gentle heart. He was always the first person to give someone a hug when they needed it. He was everyone’s friend and would always put the needs of others above his own. His personality shined through to brighten everyone's day.

Leo Jr. is survived by his mother: Mary Wiseman; his beloved girlfriend: Christina Meyers of Sikeston, MO; two sons: Leo Wiseman III of Arizona, Carter Wiseman of Sikeston, MO; four daughters: Tiana Wiseman and Layla Wiseman of Marble Hill, MO, Chadlynn Wiseman, and Camiyah Meyers of Sikeston, MO; one brother: David Wiseman of Marble Hill, MO; two sisters: Pam (Ronnie) Faire of Sikeston, MO, and Debbie (Loyd) Ivey of Arizona.

He was preceded in death by his father: Leo W. Wiseman and one sister: Kimberly Wiseman.

Services will be held on Monday, July 31, 2023 at the Hutchings-Pendergrass Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill, MO. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM.
