Mary Ruth (Newell) Maddock

Mary Ruth Maddock, 76, of Marble Hill, Missouri, died at St. Francis Medical Center on April 16, 2021.

Born in Jackson, Mo., on March 22, 1945, she was the daughter of Edward and Delcie Newell.  She and Charles Maddock were married for 46 years.  He survives.

She worked many years at the Marble Hill Hat Factory.

Besides her husband she is survived by seven children and a many grandchildren.  Three brothers, Danny, Lynn, and Joe Newell, and two sisters, Joyce Turner and Betty Welker, predeceased her.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, April 19, 2021, at Plainview Cemetery.  Rev. Otis Long will officiate.  Hutchings Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.
