Renay Lynn Myers

Renay Lynn Myers, of Marble Hill, passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 70. She was born to the late Orville Loyd and Ethel Lou Myers, on October 12, 1953, in Memphis, TN. Renay’s world was her mom and dad.

Ms. Renay was a 1973 graduate of Woodland High School. Renay worked for over 30 years at the hat factory in Marble Hill. She was a sweet and friendly lady and made many friends over her years at the hat factory. She loved to be outdoors. She loved to go fishing, especially for catfish. Renay had the patience to sit and wait, so she always hooked the best catfish. She enjoyed deer hunting and after she wasn’t able to get out and hunt, she would look out the window with binoculars at the wildlife.

Survivors include: four nephews: Jason (Lora), Chad (Bonnie), Bill, Casey (Tracy) Myers; two nieces: Becky and Christina Myers; one brother: Roger (Barbara) Myers; three uncles: Linzie Myers, Bill (Jeanie) Myers, Eudale (Vesta) Myers; and numerous friends and relatives.

Services will be held on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at the Hutchings-Pendergrass Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill, MO. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm with Renay’s nephew, Bro. Jason Myers officiating. Burial will conclude at the Baker Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her parents.
