Sonny Grey Statler

Sonny Grey Statler, 79, of Marble Hill, MO, passed away December 4, 2022, on his family farm surrounded by his family. Sonny was born September 14, 1943 in Marble Hill, MO, on the family farm to the late George and Ethel (Eaker) Statler.

On January 23, 1965, Sonny was united in marriage to Geraldine Froemsdorf. She survives along with their son, Mark.

Sonny was raised farming and continued to farm throughout his life. He raised cattle and row cropped his family farm. He was a simple man, but he sure loved to talk.

Sonny is survived by his wife: Geraldine; one son: Mark (Stephanie) Statler of Marble Hill, MO; four grandchildren: Chyna (Don) Stafford, Jessie Statler, Katelynn Hahs, Erykah Raines; three great grandchildren: Ayden, Harper and Nora Stafford.

He was preceded in death by his parents: George and Ethel.
