Susan Dawn (Fox) Cook

Susan Dawn (Fox) Cook passed away at her home on April 19, 2026, at the age of 55. She was born in St. Charles, Missouri, to the late Quinton Estel Fox and Barbara (Foltz) Fox, on September 9, 1970.

Susan and Kyle Cook were married on October 8, 2009. She and Kyle liked to ride around in the truck and talk to everyone they met. They had one daughter together, Zoie Cook, who they loved and cherished.  She loved to spend time with her family and being “mawmaw”, was a role she adored. Her daughters, Katy and Shakota were a great part of Susan’s life, and being mom to them held a special place. Susan loved to go camping and shopping at flea markets and yard sales. Susan always enjoyed her son-in-law’s cooking at the river.

To everyone who knew Susan, they would all share one thought the same, that was how sweet she was. She was a loving mom, wife and “mawmaw” and a wonderful sister and daughter.

Survivors include her husband: Kyle Cook; daughters: Shakota (Alex) Robinson, Katy Bass and Zoie Cook; granddaughter: Lakelynn Cannell; siblings: Vickie (Gary) Gromer, Dana (Benny) Seabaugh, Douglas (Lisa) Fox, David (Barbara) Fox. She was preceded in death by her parents and sibling: William Arnold “Billy” Fox.

Pallbearers will be Alex Robinson, Adam Seabaugh, Tyler Cook, Luke Johnson, Titan Russell and Josh Gale.

Services will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the Lutesville General Baptist Church in Marble Hill.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.  Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 pm, with Bro. Junior Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Bollinger County Memorial Park.
