Thomas Wayne Anderson, Jr

Thomas Wayne Anderson, Jr., 78, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., formerly of Glenallen, Mo., died December 24, 2021, at his home.  Born in Glenallen, Mo., on Sept. 20, 1943, he was the son of Thomas Wayne and Effie Mae Burns Anderson, Sr.
He and Betty Lou Ruffner were married in Marble Hill, Mo., on June 28, 1986.  She survives.
He was a maintenance worker for the Missouri Department of Transportation for 35 years.
Besides his wife survivors include a daughter, Khrystina Davidson; a stepson, Danny Young; a brother, Bob Anderson; a  sister, Mary York; and two grandchildren:  Charlotte Young and Maxwell Davidson.
Visitation and funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. and continue until service time at 1:00 p.m.  Rev. Michael Woods will officiate.  Burial will follow in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City, M
