Victoria "Vicki" Ellen (Lambert) Huffman

Victoria “Vicki” Ellen Huffman, 66, of Grassy, Mo., died unexpectedly on July 21, 2021, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Born in Sikeston, Mo., on July 6, 1955.  she was the daughter of Margie McGuire Lambert. She married Kenneth Wayne Huffman on May 6, 1972.  Because of Kenny’s work they moved several times, ending in Fontana, Calif., when Kenny retired.  Vicki and Kenny returned to Missouri where they enjoyed camping and bingo.  She loved to cook for friends and own small dogs.  She was a living organ donor and a donor following her death.

She is survived by three children:  Brandy Huffman of Corinth, Tx, Kenna (Dexter) Hernandez of Frisco., Tx, and Chris (Jessie) Huffman of Marble Hill;  two brothers:  Eric Steinbeck and Charlie McGuire; six grandchildren:  Shane, Ashley, and Taylor Ferguson, and Christian and Hailey Hernandez, and Molly Huffman; and four great-grandchildren:  Kaden, Kyran and Khari Brown and Lakely Ashcraft.  She was preceded in death by her husband, tow brothers:  Steve and James Lambert; and an infant sister.

Visitation will be on July 26, 2021, from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. at Hutchings Funeral Chape in Marble Hill.

Funeral services will begin at 6:00 p.m.  Rev. Otis Long will officiate.
